1st Hurdsfield Scout (Parish Church) Group volunteers can get free Google Business Standard accounts, including the apps below.
Gmail, Calendar, Keep, Tasks and Contacts, in the form of [email protected].
Google Drive, of 1TB size, vs. 15GB of personal Google account.
Google Forms, for investigation or a poll.
Google Chat, for text chatting in the group.
Google Meet, for video conference with anyone, for ≤24-hour session, vs. the 1-hour limit of personal Google account.
Google Sites, for websites under 1sthurdsfield.uk domain, just like this.
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Vids, respectively similar to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photos Video Editor.

Volunteer's surname, first name, personal mail and optional alias (alternative shorter mailbox name, e.g., [email protected]) will be needed for requesting such account from the Account Application Form or better, via the Group Scout Leader or Section Leader to set up the permission level properly.

Following application approved, account name and random password for activation will be issued to volunteer's personal mail.

E-Signature
E-Signature
Jotform Starter Plan for personal use offer free "sign by link" feature, which allows an online request to be signed by anyone with the link and is not possible with Box Starter Plan below.
For official signature, there are 5 seats from Box, each providing e-signature (Box Sign) of 100 documents per month, in addition to a 100GB cloud drive.
This account is under the 1sthurdsfield.uk domain. And, in comparison with the personal account under the Box Individual Plan, it is providing 100 documents vs. 5 documents per month for each seat.
As the limited seats available, please check with the Group Scout Leader, then inform IT Support.
